Finca Santanyi
Anjora Architectural Design
In the heart of the Mallorcan countryside near Santanyí, a new finca ensemble is being developed, consisting of a spacious main house, a pool area, and several outbuildings. The architecture combines traditional elements with modern design and clean lines.
The finca includes several bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as a living area featuring a gallery and double-height ceilings. A generous dining space creates an open atmosphere and allows for smooth transitions between cooking, dining, and living.
Anjora – Architectural Design is responsible for all planning phases of this project, from initial concept through to detailed construction planning, and is also developing the complete interior design. All built-in furniture is custom-designed specifically for this project and manufactured as bespoke pieces – precisely tailored to the architecture, spatial qualities, and material palette.
Both materials and execution reflect a high standard of design and craftsmanship. The main materials include microcement, clay plaster, oak wood, and selected stainless steel elements. The lighting concept is being developed in collaboration with PSLab, with all lighting design coordinated closely with the architecture.
This project exemplifies our integrated approach – architecture and interior design are conceived and realized as a cohesive whole.
